This Group was founded in 1997. All training is based on the Police Manuals "Roadcraft" and is usually aimed at helping to pass RoADAR’s driving examination, probably the highest driving qualification available to the general public.
The techniques learned greatly reduce the risk of an incident. In addition to the individual training provided by the tutor, the group organises visits and hosts lectures on motoring and related subjects.
Training is carried out on a very informal and friendly basis.
The group offers training in motorcycle riding and car driving.
We cover an area from Bridgend in the east to Carmarthen in the west and Ammanford in the North, roughly 20miles from Swansea, but often do exceed this.
